i just set up a contract and ordered a phone with said contract, when it got to the payment screen i put all my details in and it then said we had trouble processing your payment, i checked my bank and the money came out, but i cant find the order on my o2 account or my email, i just want to know if it has all gone through correct

Payment will be pending and returned by your bank if the order didn't go through.
