It was, until Sammy removed it from the S5 !!

I've got 5.0.2 on the Nexus 7 2013 and there ain't no mute button. The only thing on the on/off button is purely that, no other options on it at all....

Definately waiting until all the fixes are pushed before i even think about Lollipop since it killed my nexus 7  lol RIP Shirty X

Out of interest, how long do you all usually wait for after an OS' update to release? Is it time-based, or do you research other's insights on features and issues exclusively?

Its always useful for us to research update culture.

12 months ago I downloaded 4.3 for the S3 whilst in Thailand. It practically bricked it, freezing and overheating despite a factory reset. That's how I aquired the Note 2 from there. I've learnt now never to download a major update until I've researched forums and looked for peoples exriences. To me Lollipop is not a patch on KK and it will be a long time before I risk it on the Note 4.

I do the unmentionable and install custom ROM's on one of my retired phones to have a play with.
I'm on 5.02 now on my old S3 and if the Note 4 version is the same level of quality I'd have no worries about updating.
I will of course read a few reviews before I dive in with the official release though but unless they report a major catastrophe I will go for it pretty quickly.
