i have another phone in my name and need to pay the the bill but cant seem to find out how much i owe, ive have tried the bit where it sends a text to the number in question but because its been cut off it wont get the text through. is there any other way i can find out how much i owe?

Download the My O2 app on the other phone if you can, and this will tell you how much your monthly bill comes to and how many minutes, data etc you have left.

You're best to ring them and pay it with a card, they can then arrange for the block to be lifted.
