help with international favourites

does anybody know how can I change a number in international favourites programme?

...and how can I get my call me number? I write the 4-digit code but I can'n continue...

Sadly a problem with international favourites for the last 5 days. We had hoped it would've been fixed by this weekend

There's always a problem of some sort with it.....
