A university graduate started in his new job. On the first day his supervisor gave him a broom and asked him to sweep up the floor. The graduate looked at bus supervisor and said do you realise I have a PHD in engineering. The supervisor said " sorry I forgot give the broom to me and I'll show you how it is done"
