hi i got a big bill for over £500 and ive not used my iphone 4 that much theyve sent me 3 bills in the space of one month i then asked if i can change my number they said yeah i can all i needed to do is get a new sim witch i did and told them i get a new sim they storted it out and now my iphone 4 is blocked i cant get anyone to phone me so now all the jobs ive applied for i dont get now 😞 i asked them why is it so high they said i havent paid a bill when i paid my last bill in jan

they put my monthly bill up to £36 insend of what i started with i had 500 mb and they to it up to 1gb my monthly paymeant was £26 a month but theyve desided to put it up :s

They don't charge for lost phones as the phone is yours when you take a contract out. They would charge for a replacement but you can buy a phone yourself and just put your contract sim into it. I suspect it's because of a missed payment that they want full payment before reconnecting your account.

i got my bill after i lost my phone it was only £26 then when i lost my phone my bill was £500 i asked why and they didnt give me much infor i orderd a new sim and ask about a replace meant they i was to blame that i lost my phone and my bill went up they orderd me a new sim but said i have to pay £500 to be put back on :s then said if i pay £250 ill be back on but ive no phone they said i cant get a new one till next year
