I chose a plan.. decided to buy..went to checkout..entered details (even though it already has them) & when I try to put in my D.O.B. it wont allow any date pre 2000... after about 50-60 failed attempts im at my wits end and have prettt much decided to just ****** off O2 and go back to tesco... if youre not happy where you are I can highly recommend them..I was going to change cos I would save about £2 a month with O2 but its been such an absolute nightmare going through the whole process that im going back to tesco... their website is so simple a pensioner could do it..customer service is amazing... I dont care what yoy do but im off...ive just wasted nearly 2 hrs with this **** and im done.
