i had the most appaling service from talktalk and i cancelled the order in plenty of time but they are sending me monthly bills and final demand (currently with another provider and happy:)).
i cant afford to spend another £56 on automated phone systems that get you nowhere so if anyone knows a way of contacting without having to call a premium number it would be great to hear from you

yes i am on 02 contract, am on my 2nd contract after upgrading:)
only problem with that number is that it asks you for your talktalk phone number, i dont have one. i tried putting the account number instead and when that failed it just kept asking me to put my landline number in and eventually it hangs up, not leaving any other options.
i cancelled the order before there was a number generated for me after weeks of being messed around.
