Word Hunt Diamond - Game 62

Welcome to the Word Hunt Diamond - Game 62

The game is open to all members.

Each week, a grid of nine letters in a diamond will be posted.

The aim of the game is to find the target number of words [as in the source used for the game] using only the letters in the grid.

This week`s "diamond" is as follows:

This week`s target is 87 words - using only the letters in the diamond - including one 9-letter word.

The rules:

Each word must contain four letters or more and must include the red letter H.

No proper names are allowed.

Scottish words and American spellings are allowed.

Each letter in the grid can only be used once in each word [for example, HEEL isn`t allowed]

Of course, words do not have to start with the red letter H

Only one word per post.

Please wait until someone else has posted before posting again.

I will endeavour to give regular updates on each page [so as to avoid scrolling back] of the words found and the number of words still to be found.

The Word Hunt Diamond game is open to all members.

I hope everyone enjoyed the game and well done everyone for finding the 87 words in the list in the source used for this game and also 23 words not in the list before the end of the game. In addition, two words [CHAD; DHOLE] not in the list were found after the game was completed, making a total of 25 words not in the list found in this game.

To clear up a couple of points. 

@Cleoriff - HOLT was already given, in my post I mistyped it as HOLD which had also already been given.

@pgn - DAHL and DHAL had both already been given.

The Word Hunt Diamond will be back next Tuesday - 08 June 2021 with a similar target but different set of letters and different red-letter. I hope all the Diamond Dogs of Words will join in next Tuesday.

This was quite bursty today, handy for dipping into and out of - thanks, @Mi-Amigo and great words from a lot of people - love the game. No sesquipedalophiles in this game, at least usually only one of length nine 😉

Left my CHAD hanging, though - remember the US "hanging chad" debate?😆

Pleased you enjoyed the game.

It did get a little hectic at one point, with me having to check words which had already been given. Sorry for those I missed off the updates but it was difficult at times to keep track with posts coming in so fast.

Hope it didn`t spoil the game too much.
