Word Hunt Diamond - Game 121

Welcome to

The Word Hunt Diamond Game is posted on Off Topic every Tuesday and is open to all members.

The aim of the game is to find the target number of words [as in the source used for the game] using only the letters in the grid.

Today`s Word Hunt Diamond has the following grid....

This week`s target is a target of 49 words - using only letters in the diamond - inc one 9-letter words.

 RULES

No proper names are allowed.

Each word must contain four letters or more and must include the red letter D.

Scottish words and American spellings are allowed.

Each letter in the grid can only be used once in each word 

Of course, words do not have to start with the red letter D

Each player may post up to two words per post.

Please wait until someone else has posted before posting again but if the game is running slow,

and no-one has posted for at least 10 mins, then a player may post again. 

PLEASE NOTE:

During the game, I will have to STOP the game periodically so I can give updates of words found.

Please be patient and wait. I hope this does not cause too much delay or disruption to the game. 

Towards the end of the game, as soon as the LAST WORD in the list is given, I will post an announcement - LAST WORD FOUND. PLEASE STOP THE GAME - and I will then post my reply to the words given up to the announcement, showing whether the word is in the list or is a word not in the list; after that, I will post the Congratulations - who found the last word; who found the nine-letter word; and who gave the most words not in the list up to when I posted the announcement LAST WORD FOUND, PLEASE STOP THE GAME.

I will be giving awards to players 

   star  - for finding each of the two nine-letter words           

      trophy - for finding the last word in the list in the source used for the game

  diamond dog - for finding the most words not in the list up to when announcement

              - LAST WORD FOUND, PLEASE STOP THE GAME [words after announcement will not count]

The Word Hunt Diamond game is open to all members.

I hope the Diamond Dogs of Words [thanks @pgn for the term] - those who have played in previous Word Hunt Diamond games - including

@Cleoriff  @pgn  @gmarkj  @BobM  @J9el  @RafaC  @TallTrees 

and any member who has not played before or has not played for a while; and any new member will join in and play today`s WHD.

Can you, between you, not only find the 49 words in the list [in the source used for this game], and the nine-letter word in this WHD game, but also find additional words not in the list ?

The game did seem to flow smoothly this time - perhaps because there were less words not in the list.

Not sure how much I contributed to the flow of this one - I had one word early doors and then by the time I got back all the rest I could think of were gone!!

I spent the first hour looking for the 2nd and 3rd anagram of DRAGONFLY, then thought I'd better not FONDLYRAG anyone, FORDANGLY reasons 😁🤣 and NORGADFLY the game. ,🙃
