The recent post by @WavyGravy and of course each time I read another post
about these scammers it reminds me of the many scams that are out there
to catch anyone ~ the slightest mistake ~ the answering of a text ~ either
on line or in the retail trade ~ I have walked the walk and got the T-Shirt.
One day I had an experience and thought I would need to go to court to
prevent this kind of unnecessary behaviour ~ having looked on-line for
advice there are many good folks who give up their time to give advice
I tried my last resort and it was all over.
With some of the money ~ I didn't have to pay ~ I bought this set of
Wind Chimes and put it in the outside hall-way next to my kitchen door
so I hear them and I love them.
It chimes gently when there is a wind going though the doors at
both ends. It gently reminds me that I should never give up and
try every thing I can never to let the fraudsters, scammers and double dealing
traders get away with it.
It is windy today and they are gently singing to me

I have Bamboo wind chimes in my garden. They ARE soothing in a gentle breeze. Can create a bit of a racket with high wind, though certainly not as much as metal ones

My son bought us some Chinese wind chimes back from when he was working in China. We put them in the hallway so that they touched the top of the door when someone came in.
Problem was (although I loved the sound they made) was they was always tinkling in bad weather when the wind was coming in through the letter box until I made a stronger spring for it
