Q2 Where is the most easterly point in the UK?

 

Q3 When was mainland Britain last invaded?

 

Q4 What colour was the first adhesive postage stamp?

 

Q5 What is orology?

 

Q6 How many pieces does each player start with in a game of backgammon?

 

Rules:

You can only give one answer to each question.

You can answer the questions in any order - please copy and paste the question and answer.

You can post one, or more, answer at any time between 00.01 [one minute after midnight] and 23.59 [11.59pm] on Thursday 22 August 2019.

Any answer posted before 00.01 or after 23.59 will be declared void.

Please - no googling, Wiki, social media, Youtube in search of the answers.

 

The results, with the correct answers, will be posted on Friday 23 August 2019.

Each correct answer will be awarded a star

If you get all six questions correct, you will be awarded the Silver Thinker

I only knew Diana Rigg played the character of Bond's wife

Did enjoy when George Lazenby played Bond for the one time ... he should have had more

 

Did think about the red stamp ... that's all the detail I remember

You can be certain if there's a medical nursing type question or answer to be given, I will usually have a funny anecdote to share. I could write a book rofl

 

I've seen some very funny things people do with vacuum cleaners and milk bottles....LOL

Well mine certainly did. Just qualified and was in Theatres. Was on standby for night emergencies. I was called in unexpectedly as it was another hospital who were meant to be first on call but their theatres were dealing with a road traffic accident.

It was my first ever call out. I was 21 and living at home with Mum and Dad. Let's just say when I told them what I had been called out for, my Dad said 'For gods sake. I think you should give that job up'....rofl
