White Room Quiz - another "easier" quiz - Advanced Notice

Some of the questions in the White Room Quiz in the last couple of weeks have been "tricky".

As the quiz is meant to be fun, and not wishing to add to the stress which some may have had with answering customers` questions, and also to give everyone a chance of getting a Thinker, I thought it would be nice for this week`s White Room Quiz to be a little easier.

Over the weekend, I chose the eight questions from various quiz books which are all rated as "easy" or "medium", [so no "QI-style" question where the answer is not what most people think], with one question from each of these eight categories

   Places, Art, Food & Drink, Space, Sport, Chemistry, Nature, People

The questions will be posted in a separate thread on Wednesday morning 6 May 2020.

and @O2Faisal , who joined in last week, and any member, who has taken part in the past or has never taken part, and new members will all take part in this week`s White Room Quiz.

Please note the changes to the White Room Quiz

The eight questions will be posted on a separate thread on morning of Wed 6 May 2020.

The quiz will be open for members to  pm me [ @Mi-Amigo ] with their eight answers -

between Wed 6 May 2020 at 12 NOON and Thurs 7 May 2020 at 23.59 [11.59pm] -

this is to allow 36 hours for answers to be pm`d to me [ @Mi-Amigo ].

The answers - and the results for each player taking part - will be posted on Friday morning 8 May.

Each member will be awarded  for each correct answer.

In addition, each member who gives

              EIGHT correct answers               SIX correct answers                     FOUR correct answers

                   will be awarded                       will be awarded                          will be awarded

                                                           

                  SILVER THINKER                     BRONZE THINKER                             RED THINKER

Please feel free to post any comments on the questions - but not the answers - on this thread.

as @Cleoriff there should be something for everyone.

I hope that everyone does get the chance to have a break and think about the questions after they are up on Wednesday morning.

Seems there have been a lot of customers asking questions today... maybe because its after the weekend?
