There are two White Room Quizzes each week - one on Monday and one on Wednesday.

Today`s White Room Quiz is an "Odd Questions" edition with 8 questions.

Instead of the questions being from the usual categories, there is one question on each of these subjects - 

   INITIALS   MAPS   FLAGS   CARS   NURSERY RHYMES   CODES   MOTORWAYS  ADVERTS

The White Room Quiz is open to all members.

Those wishing to take part must pm me - @Mi-Amigo - with their answers between 12 noon today [Wednesday] and 11.59pm tomorrow [Thursday]

Q5 NURSERY RHYMES  In the nursery rhyme, where does the Muffin Man live ?

Q6 CODES      ATL is the international airport code for which city ?

Q7 MOTORWAYS  Clacket Lane Service are on which UK motorway ?

Q8 ADVERTS   What was the name of the brand of beer which comedian Peter Kay advertised on TV

                         between 2002 and 2005 ?

Those who want to take part must pm [private message] me [Mi-Amigo] with their answers between 12 noon today [Wed 05 May 2021] and 23.59 [11.59pm] tomorrow [Thurs 06 May 2021]

- allowing 36 hours to pm your answers.

Please do not post your answers on the thread.

The answers - and results for each player taking part - will be posted on morning of Fri 07 May 2021

Each member will be awarded  for each correct answer. In addition, each member who gives

              EIGHT correct answers               SIX correct answers                     FOUR correct answers

Each member must pm [private message] their answers to me [Mi-Amigo] after 12 noon today [Wed 05 May 2021] and before 23.59 [11.59pm] tomorrow [Thurs 06 MAY 2021].

No member is to post any answer on the thread.

Any answer received after 23.59 [11.59pm] on Thurs 06 May 2021 will be declared void.

No googling, wiki, youtube search for answers.

Ah thank you for the notification of the WRQ  5th May @Mi-Amigo 

I will get more than 2 here.

IQ  know this probably I don't have much though

OS maps yep ~ keen walking orienteering 

Flags usually good on these ~ so yep

Love nursery rhymes (as you have heard from me before)

Cars ~ yep worked on cars and keen on local car racing so quite good at manufacturers

Airport codes ~ may get this 

Motorway question not sure

Beer ~ not my tipple ~ I'll have a guess at this one.

Will float my answers in later.

Well, there's a wide spread of questions this time... Some come to mind, others are in there somewhere, just need to eke the answers out. Love Gingy's gif from Shrek, and Lord Farquad's song is rumbling around in my head, but is the answer the correct one...? 😆

Tried to give a good mix of questions with the subjects this time. The "Odd Question" editionas are always fun to put together in finding some odd questions.
