There are two White Room Quizzes each week - one on Monday and one on Wednesday.

The last three White Room Quizzes have been the WRQ 3 three-part A to Z Quiz.

In the Advanced Notice of these quizzes one of our regular quizzers wrote

"Card has been marked @Mi-Amigo  - be a laugh to get 3 x X qs and 3 x Q qs one day"

and another regular quizzer added

"we need @Mi-Amigo to do a WRQ round where all the questions use either an X's or Q's"

Be careful what you wish for...

Today`s WRQ is 8 questions - with two questions on each of four of categories -

  HISTORY = one Q, one X question;  MOVIES = one Q, one X question; GAMES = one Q, one X question

plus EVENTS = two questions on New Years Honours [not Q or X questions]

The White Room Quiz is open to all members.

Happy with that result, as I had no clue about the two I got wrong!

Quoits was a guess going off a version we had for my daughter when she was younger.

Well done everyone!

Good quiz, @Mi-Amigo - the last one was a stretch, had Joy Adamson stuck in my head!

Well done all, loved the Xs and Qs - reminded me of the song below 😂

Will get a chance to check the latest WRQ a little later, hopefully.

Pleased you enjoyed the quiz and well done on your awards.

It was a challenge - but fun for me - to search out those Q and X questions

Another Congratulations to you @Mi-Amigofor putting that together, it would have been hard to get 1 or 2 X and Q questions, let alone 4 so thanks for doing it based on our comments, I had fun and ended up with a better score than expected.

Overall there was lots of good results this time out and it's nice to see even the lowest score was still a good one imo. I'm off to do the next WRQ now, they seem to come around quick. I don't know how you find the time to create and mark two per week! 🎩
