I recently went to Barcelona and had some amazing food, especially some fresh Paella by the coast.

So that made me wonder, what country's cuisine do you like to eat and would commenced? Curries? Moussakas?

It would have to be Thai, Russian or Italian for me with a bit of West Indian too. My OH has Russian and Italian ancestry and my daughter cooks a mean West Indian curry.
