Which countries' cuisine do you love?

Hi guys,

I recently went to Barcelona and had some amazing food, especially some fresh Paella by the coast.

So that made me wonder, what country's cuisine do you like to eat and would commenced? Curries? Moussakas?

I've recently (well in the last couple of years) began to enjoy spicy food and especially Indian. My current favourite is Bulsar Salmon. If I don't stop thinking about this dish right now I'll start salivating all over my desk (it's so good)!

Japanese food! I'm a fan of everything really, love italian, english, japanese, thai, mexican you name it! Though! Nothing can beat my good old traditional chinese food that I've been brought up on
