Hi guys,

I recently went to Barcelona and had some amazing food, especially some fresh Paella by the coast.

So that made me wonder, what country's cuisine do you like to eat and would commenced? Curries? Moussakas?

Lay it on me, as I want to expand my palate wink

Azeri cuisine looks fine to me, but that's probably because I love rice and spice.

Currently I'm really into Korean food, particularly spicy soups. I also really like (veggie) middle eastern dishes, curries full of chilli, spicy Mexican food and north Indian dishes. Noodles from the north of India near the Chinese border are absolutely amazing.

As you can tell I'm a bit of a spice fiend.

On my last trip to Berlin I had zebra, wild boar, alligator, ostrich and kangaroo as a mixed grill cooked at the table. I don't however think it was quite a traditional German dish....
