Hi guys, happy Friday and almost-weekend smiling

I see loads of different member names here on the community, sometimes funny ones or strange ones too which are fun to spot. Smiley Very Happy I wonder where they originate from so would like to ask you all:

Where does your username come from?

Is there a story behind it, or is it simply your first name (or part of it), like mine? I know some of your stories from over the years but it would be lovely to hear more.

Thanks! grin

My username is abviously my first name but there is a little story behind it. I was meant to be called Clementine, and my mother says that when I was born I "whispered" Emilie to her. I'm not sure how much of it is true but I find it quite funny smiling

Well if you did, you had good taste @EmilieT I much prefer that to Clementine (which makes me think of oranges) wink

Edited for spelling ..:smileysad:

Because of the 'T', whenever I see your username I see a mental image of you with a tea cup in your hand @EmilieTsweat_smile

Teabag in first always! I'm afraid I'm OCD about my cuppas, brew a rather large cup,put it onto the table next to the recliner, hop outside for a cigarette, hop back in and collapse on the recliner! Said cuppa is then just the right temperature to drink Fantastic

Slightly different for me @jonsie TWO teabags in a mug. Pour on boiling water, and walk away.

5 minutes later I return, add 3 canderel sweeteners, squeeze teabags, add a little milk and sit back to enoy a vey strong sweet cup of tea...Happy Dance

I've seen people in the staff canteen put two or three teabags in the cup... jack_o_lantern

Actually, the ones who drop in a teabag, pour on the boiling water, then pour in milk and leave the teabag sitting in the cup are probably the worst! Angel
