Get yourself out and about instead of sitting goggle eyed watching movies. You need time to wander through green parks, feel the rain on your face, contemplate life without apples (and the lemons that turn into raging beasts at the very sound of the word), visit a few art galleries and be thankful you have a good job. Failing that The Great Fire at Pontypandy starring Fireman Sam might energise you, or The Adventures of Figaro Pho (a boy with any number of phobias and a highly quirky way of dealing them - could be the answer you Mods have been yearning for.)
