At a guess I'd say at least 10, but there are probably many more. The original 'Forbidden Planet' and all of the 'Lost in Space' series and films. "Warning! Danger Will Robinson!"

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Not far wrong @Bambino and it was quite possibly the very first AI in both films and TV that captured the imagination of the public. To be honest I absolutely hated the Westworld film and gave it a wide berth on the many TV repeats after seeing it at the cinema.

@AnonymousI also love Humans. I watched the first series and series 2 is a good follow up. However I don't think there are as many twists and turns in Humans. The plot seems far less complicated than Westworld.

Just a general overview would be great, like what is the point of westworld, why does everyone kill each other all the time and who is human vs who is a robot - no need for any spoilers at all slight_smile

With Humans it's more about the 'synths' being developed for a specific role in society (servile ).....and then some develop emotions.....thats when the real humans realise they may have 'created a monster'

(Not realising that one scientist actually designed a programme which could turn some into 'conscious' synths) It makes sense when you watch it...LOL

Your post made me want to add this series to my to-watch-later list! grin Thanks! I am currently watching Star Trek the Next Generation though so have to get that out of the way first...
