Think we're having bad weather? This is tonight's forecast for the Northeastern US.

With hindsight, we sold the apartment in Spain just at the right time @TallTrees 

With Covid, we couldn't have flown out there, nor could we have let it out. So it would have been an expensive 'white  elephant'.

We would still have had to pay the community fees and taxes etc.

The people who bought it from us, live in Wales and I see they have put it up for sale a year after buying it. Such a shame.
