A friend of mine is in the gym opposite and apparently they keep bringing hostages to the door with a gun to their head before going back inside.

Yes I just got a news alert ⚠ about this. Very scary for those involved and I pray that all those hostages involved come out of this safely.

Yeah, I had to temper my response somewhat too.
Apparently my friend has said loads of people all came running out at once.
She thought there was a fire at first but then hundreds of police arrived, all armed and there is a sniper in the entrance of the gym just waiting for the right opportunity.
Breaking news on Sky now too.

What on earth is happening in this country. We don't have enough horror with terrorists wanting to kill innocent people now this.

I think 'sick mothers' sums them up nicely. Hope to God no one is injured or worse killed.
