A good heads up.

Personally if I fielded a call from my bank I'd ask for a phone number to ring them back in and then ring the main bank customer service number and ask to be transferred to that dept.

Some are caught umawares and give out info without first thinking.

Very good advice here......I always get a name and extension number to call them on and even Google the contact number first to make sure its legitimate.
