Minted lamb kebabs + prawn and monkfish skewers + Sweet Chilli chicken wings.

As an ex-nurse, you should know that it's not possible to dilute alcohol with water. If you put a measure of alcohol into 1 litre of water you are still imbibing the same amount and strength of alcohol.

Perhaps I should have been more specific in order to avoid that sort of challenge...let me rephrase it for you

Get rid of the ice....all that does is dilute the taste of the alcohol

I agree ..... when I am pacing myself  I will have a glitterbery J2O with loadsa ice then onto a cuppa warm stuff when I get brain freeze & tummy cold then around I go again
