I have been trying for last 10 days to get through to someone as I'm looking to leave o2. I have been put on the hold for 30 minutes than my call disconnects. Tried web chat and text chat and It's really bad.

So frustrating this is! Have you tried first thing in the morning...or about 30 minutes before they close...?

If you really want to leave in afraid you will just have to stay on hold till you get an answer.

There are fewer staff in cancellations than in sales.

From my experience of you go to billing and then they put you through and announce the call (that is the key bit) then you normally get through quicker but make sure you ask then if they will announce the call before putting you through.

Live chat can give you your PAC and it may be quicker than holding on for 202.
