Vodafone looking to improve mobile coverage via small cells, similar to what BT announced earlier in the year via their telephone poles....

Certainly good news for users of those networks, although I'm not so sure about putting the transmitters in bus shelters. Easy pickings for vandals, I would think. You only have to look at the Countdown signs in London to see that.
