So less than 12% of their workforce are based in UK......and there's still a lot of "may" and "could" in all this EU rhetoric.

There's a lot of "may" and "could" on both sides of the fence at the moment, but if you were one of those 12% of their workforce and your job was possibly on the line, you'd be concerned, wouldn't you?

Taking into account @Bambino's comment above about the UK workforce.... I think it's pretty unsettling of Vodafone to hint at any such move...

I would be for sure but maybe they are simply justifying job losses as part of a cutback in resources. O2 have done the same with probably less than 12% of their work force in the UK. Not counting the outsourcing to Capita, who again outsource a lot of work overseas.

I fail to see a viable connection. Just more scaremongering and excuses!
