Very bad signal problems

Anonymous
Not applicable

Where on earth do I go to report awful reception problems? Started about two months back (probably coincided with pathetic 4G launch here) and now I cannot receive important business calls if I'm at home in the office. Absolutely no help online....no guidance or instructions on who to report this to......shocking support from another money-grabbing, ethics-free corporation.
