I am having trouble viewing my account on My O2. Obviously I am able to sign in (otherwise I wouldn't be on here) but everytime I try to view my account/balance it says it is unavailable.
Is anyone else having this trouble?

The MyO2 website has been glitching on and off since just before Christmas. Mine is working OK now via my laptop ...not the mobile app

It appears that O2 has dropped its support for IE9. When I tried to view my Bill today, I was told that my Browser is no longer supported (I use IE9). Changing to Firefox, everything works...
BUT WHY, OH, WHY, O2 have you been playing silly B's with the website..?? The display of my Bill is absolute rubbish now. There are no minutes or Megabytes totals so I have to add everything up in my head or a piece of paper that works better than my head.
And just WHAT is 1m22s ...?? Time is expressed in 00:00:00 / h:m:s not 1m22s
Come on people... Stop playing with a website that USED TO WORK nicely.

I am certainly not using IE at all, I don't even own a windows computer.
The site was down completely for a while earlier on, (maybe whilst they updated it).
But IE, (and windows), is rubbish anyway, get a decent browser
