Thought of the day

As part of the #o2surprise that I received last week, there was a jar of smiles. Many were keen to see what would come out of the jar each day, so here are the ones so far!

The one that I picked out on Friday was "If you want to see the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain".

This morning I picked out "Relax and reflect. A bad day doesn't mean it's a bad life".

I dunno, @Cleoriff - it's hard work getting around a locked door too, sometimes - ask someone who has left a key inside whatever has just latched-shut, as I did with a car one dark and frosty evening: opened the driver door, started the car up, turned blower and heat full-on and switched the rear demister on, then went to scrape the windows... that click as the driver's door just latched shut... I had to force the boot lid, climb in, push down and reach in through the rear seat armrest access, and just about gained purchase with the tips of my fingers on one of the rear door handles to release the catch... I tell you, sweating like a pig at -3degC after that! Still, all the windows were demisted for the short drive back to the digs where I was living at the time 👍
