Thought of the day

As part of the #o2surprise that I received last week, there was a jar of smiles. Many were keen to see what would come out of the jar each day, so here are the ones so far!

The one that I picked out on Friday was "If you want to see the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain".

This morning I picked out "Relax and reflect. A bad day doesn't mean it's a bad life".

Yes ... @blissgirl ... thinking of that Scottish folk song = You take the High road & I'll take the Low road ... the stunningly beautiful highlands of Scotland .......

'There is always someone worse off than yourself' ....... I can clearly remember my mum Olwen, bless her, saying this to me in the old family home and where we both were when mum said it to me in a steady voice .......

It is positive in its own way @Cleoriff ; if you don't get depressed when you have a bad day or feel under the weather, you will bounce back far more quickly. 

You could say "be resilient" ! 👍
