As part of the #o2surprise that I received last week, there was a jar of smiles. Many were keen to see what would come out of the jar each day, so here are the ones so far!

The one that I picked out on Friday was "If you want to see the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain".

This morning I picked out "Relax and reflect. A bad day doesn't mean it's a bad life".

I apologise for poor typing as hands shaking badly today, but have been to Dr's place and triage so a GP is to text me with an early morning appointment = wonderful ....... last time at Dr's the receptionist got me into a panic attack outside some way & I could have no energy to move but feet & hands were shaking badly. A very kind young woman responded to me saying 'Will someone help me please ?' Phone left at home and not enough money for a taxi home = 999 nice woman calmed me down over with me using young woman's phone.

There are kind people out there ....... XX
