As part of the #o2surprise that I received last week, there was a jar of smiles. Many were keen to see what would come out of the jar each day, so here are the ones so far!
The one that I picked out on Friday was "If you want to see the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain".
This morning I picked out "Relax and reflect. A bad day doesn't mean it's a bad life".

And coins too - but Isle of Man, Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey), and Gibraltar coins and notes are not legal tender in Great Britain or Northern Ireland - the Scottish and Northern Irish notes are legal tender in Wales and England, although many shops as you travel further from the border between Scotland and England, or the ports where ferries from Northern Ireland dock, choose not to accept these colourful Sterling banknotes.
Strange things, eh?
Oblig. thought on vending machine "drinks":
Jersey banknotes might not be legal tender @pgn, but they are easily spent in many shops and pubs in London, whether because of the staff's lack of knowledge or simply not wanting to lose a sale. 👍
