Undoubtedly, as for the moment at least, operators are still largely dependent on Openreach for the 'last mile' and housing equipment in their exchanges.

Good to see though that Gigaclear, Hyperoptic, Virgin and CityFibre are expanding at a rapid pace so will limit how much BT can throw it's weight around.
