Sometimes it can help to just scream it out what's [Removed] you off....

I'll start...

As my "company" (aid relief, but behaving like a company) changed so many things.... Our teamleader was thrown out, is a normal co-worker now... The shiftplans are "planed" centrally now (I can't even say it's planned, that would imply it has a structure, but it's just like throwing [Removed] on a paper). The shiftplan is.... just no. We work our asses off, have plushours galore and the other watch has minushours. So they have freetime enough and we thought about putting containers on the watch to live there, because we don't know why we pay rent for our flats - we're hardly ever there!... And the best shifts are always given to the temporary workers who already have a very good job, so they get the extra amount on money instead of us....

Next week I can finally take my annual leave from LAST year (by law you have to take it by 31th march by exception... I got it excepted even longer. I'm so ready for a holiday!

No self ferrels, walk in places, don't actually know from there head to toe. Push you off on meds. Etc

The hole care system is dammed.

A complex one @Anonymous. Currently they (MH) can't allow self referrals. Everyone would rock up at the MH units with all sorts of issues. They MUST have a referral from your GP.

(A similar situation ..the 1000's of people who use A/E depts as a GP surgery) They fill the depts with problems which could easily be sorted by their own doctor. By doing this, they take up time from people who genuinely require accident and emergency care. .

As for 'Pushing you off on meds' ....you can ask your GP for a referral to a specialist unit. That's your right. If you aren't happy with your GP then it's also your right to change to another one.

Sorry, if that's not you want to hear but its a system that works well within the specified guidelines wink

Fairs @Cleoriff Just wishing there was more and more in place. Like i have crisis come out an see me yet like today is an up and down and up day and there like there's not a lot we can do thought me thinking a mood stableizer or something would be great but they said thats up to the Doc haha need it now not later tho things have to go thru the right channels

Other counties have slightly better services an US have walk ins and etc and others don't like us.

I am in the system anyways and have numbers and such if I ever need them they are there. tho took a while to get them.

Funny thing is they do let you get to a silly point where something happens then help not the other way around tho sometimes the other way tho again it getting thru and getting that right person and not one that pushes you away.

Tho on a note I totally get what you are saying. ^:^

@AnonymousI get where you are coming from, though remember if they have these centres in the US, you will have to pay.

This part of your post

"Funny thing is they do let you get to a silly point where something happens then help not the other way around tho sometimes the other way tho again it getting thru and getting that right person and not one that pushes you away".

I do get that and see it often. This is where the system can fail the individual. Again, not enough staff and other resources are the main reason for that. People get used to someone who understands their care needs and when that person is unavailable it can cause a lot of stress to the client. cry

@Cleoriff There was a really nice lady called Mercy and she helped a lot then the next thing I know I have got a different CPN or Care Coordinator and that broke everything and had to start freshed and build such as trust and everything and your so right when that person is unavailable it makes things bad and like nobody is there

They just keep on doing things and watching what happens too //_-

I would be more than happy to pay If it means getting my life back on track even if it cost £75,000 to do it but the NHS does do and try its best and always will until the powers that be do something.

I see stuff in others and doc's dont accually pick it up

It just gets to me thats all.

Due to the severe weather we had water in our basement - thankfully it was just rainwater (other people in and around our village had sevage in their houses). So mom's and my late evening "fun" was rescuing the stuff and getting 2 rooms dry again. Even a biiiiiiig, fat spider (the biggest species living here) was drown. The fire dept was working for almost 20-21 hours.

That sounds bad. Hope you're all dry now?

Grandpa has to go to hospital (again... seems like last years sh!t just continues).... Now we have to get Grandma into short-term-nursing, because she has way too severe dementia to stay alone at home.
