Family is everything. I've just had my son over from Berlin for 5 magical days, not having seen him for six months.

Just makes you feel so warm inside.

Good times BoB...I enjoy having the 3 year old granddaughter but she does wear me out....

My other grandchild is 15years old.....I looked after him a lot pre-school.

I couldn't do the same with the little one now (either they are getting more active....or I am getting older!) Crazy

@Anonymous  Sounds like a plan Fear

I remember 'back in the day' before the effects of e-numbers was truly recognised, my youngest son was a real victim....(and so was I...)

He used to drink gallons of cheap squash....and his mood change was so noticeable. Pleasant one minute and

turning into a real monster within minutes!

Unfortunately he was 15 before I did my own nursing research on e-numbers and realised why we had all suffered for so long!!

He is 43 now and when he is in a mood I ask him jokingly, how many e-numbers he has had that day...LOL

Well I've resisted to not fill her too with sugar etc just incase I get told off.

Yoghurt was her choice ~ oh and a small bar of 'One Direction' Chocolate. wink

Hi @Anonymous

You're welcome for the link.

I've been doing pretty well thanks.

Had our 5year old granddaughter over the weekend and we are all presently messing around with small coloured plastic rubber bands making wrist bands etc.

So far I've managed to twang myself several times ,and she's laughing and giggling at my poor attempts.

😞

Hope your feeling tip top.
