How did we all do last night for sleeping ?

My sleeping pattern is all to CKoCk because of the heatwave we are having ... I have only my bedroom window open ... for tedious reasons ... the fan plugged in on the landing does make my room cooler, but the noise disturbs me ... have found keeping my feet cool with Avon Footworks lavender night creme is a bit of a success when settling down for the night.

The weather has changed, thankfully
