I was looking forward to carving a pumpkin ... I usually put it on the windowsill overlooking the canal ... it looks pretty from outside

Do you think Trick or Treating will go ahead this year?

It put my right off the year Claudia Winklemans's young daughter got badly burned = it was a candle which caught the young girl's tights ... one hopes the little girl and her mum are alright now ... ... ... I remember seeing a tv interview Claudia did and she was very very upset as she would be 😞

Although people are still buying pumpkins to display outside or in their windows/porches. 

So if they continue with that tradition, there won't be such a waste.

Pumpkin growers were on the news asking people to do this, so I hope it happens.

So we go from nothing to everything!!

This week I have 4 trips out....getting to be a real gadabout

It will be good to meet up with some friends for a meal on Friday. I haven't seen them since July!

Two of them were in Tenerife, stuck in their own apartment. They actually felt safer there than here.

Sadly 2 weeks self isolation for them when they returned. It will be great to catch up.
