I mentioned to my other half that we were having less calls from people about an accident I never had, or that Amazon were cutting off my Prime subscription and the usual one from Microsoft about my PC needing attention.
Probably the one good thing from this damn nightmare!

As an observor, I too have noticed this and the increased number of questions about bill payment - the one issue which O2 will not address -
NO payment freeze,
NO e-mail or text or notification to customers,
NO advice on the Community
- just tell worried, stressed customers inc those on the front-line saving lives to phone customer services and if they can`t get through to keep trying.
O2 should be ashamed...
