I’m not sure I agree with that history lesson but I’m sure arming the Iraq against Iran in the 80s didn’t help. And if you want to go further back then you could probably look at the British India tea company.

But what I meant in my previous comment was.. there are plenty of other countries who back the US, and are complicit in sanctions against Iran.. but we are always the 1st / 2nd.
Maybe the Union Flag is just easier to get hold of?
