@pgn

I'm only being bossy because if you take the medication as prescribed ie three times per day, then you will be able exercise more. Usually it's the epicondyle or olecranon which is damaged when you fall. the more physio you can do, the less chance of long term damage. So do as you're told 😂🤣

From that picture and what I know, it was the olecranon that my wife broke - it chipped when it dislocated, and then popped itself back in.

When she had the 3 month check up (after wearing a funny bending brace thing) she was told that there is a piece of bone floating about near the joint but the break has healed. Oh, and we can see evidence of arthritis already!

She now has problems straightening the joint, to the point she only has about 70% of normal motion (her arm won't fully extend - she calls it her short arm)!

Hope the salon has a through breeze @Cleoriff 😉

Condolences on you and your extended family's loss, perhaps cold drinks in the garden rather than the useal5 tea, small sandwiches and biccies afterwards.

On the heat theme, I hear Spain is cooking in the high 30s,  and aircon now by Royal Decree to be no lower than 27degC, equally heating in winter no higher than 19degC - thank the dependence on gas supplies from Eastern Europe 😖

Oof! 40degC in the middle of the night on the Spanish Costa Blanca, south of Alicante! High winds too, damaging buildings.

I've had something similar in our apartment.Spent most of the days in the pool and the shower. When we walked onto the balcony it was so windy but as hot as a sauna. The weather was 40c. We never went to the apartment again in August. PS at 20.15 here and it's still 30c
