AMAZON - Anyone Returned Anything as Damaged in Transit ?

Broken garden cat ornament - lifesize of 'Dreaming Cat' like my own ginger / white cat Marty ..... only one left when I ordered ..... two other purchases of sitting up cats arrived perfect from same seller - not enough packing I think, not even those pesky S shaped polystyrine pieces £35 total cost ..... convoluted tech way of returning broken item - no mention of post office and getting a receipt for cost of parcel ... ?

Any comments will be gratefully received.

I would work through all the Contact options on the Amazon site and get them to 'Call Me Now'. When I have had broken goods, I'm usually told NOT to return them and they refund your money anyway.

Always have the details of the item ready to talk about. That's what I do anyway. I've never lost out to Amazon at all.

By the way, you don't pay for returns from Amazon. If you start the return process, you print off a pre paid label, and there will be a drop off point near you to take the parcel.

Keep Things Simple Stupid is my mantra at times, particularly with IT / tech things.

I really would like another of the same design ornament for the yard.

My bees have been very happy until today rain but sun is up now 12 noon,  so they will be happy again!

Has been very hot here and they are in full sun all day.  

Hope you had a good holiday break.
