Well London has had a weak (very weak) shower and we're desperate for a real downpour. The trees are looking peaky, the flowers are drooping. Rain, please.

Nothing here at all and just caught the tail end of the news...hosepipe ban.....so thats that. Watering cans for the garden..

No, it's only United Utilities. Not afffecting Severn Trent which we use....they are ok and say they have no plans for a ban (says she selfishly)

Pathetic short rain showers during the night ... but ... it has freshened up a bit which is all to the good

Sorry you may be down to watering can(s) @Cleoriff for your pots of flowers ... ... ... I've just got about a dozen pots of green plants in the yarrd which generally look after themselves but I've been using small buckets of water on them ... = ... I don't have an outside tap & buckets of water are easier under the kitchen mixer tap

I'm ready for my trip out of town tomorrow

Last time I saw my son was lunchtime last Christmas Eve

Got house prezzie & a little something for each of them including a USA catnip banana for their cat

Chosen a nice dress to wear ... & ... taking a stick brolly in case of rain

Got back up of various medications ... = ... Have Tablets Will Travel ... = ... Sometimes you just gotta laugh or else you'd just cry

Well the sun has taken his hat off in this neck of the woods. It's hiding behind a thick bank of cloud. It's cooler but still no sign of rain for our poor parched grass....

I'm having a trip to town this morning to get my hair done. About time as I am beginning to look like a shaggy dog...

Don't you just feel like $1,000,000 when you come out of the hairdressers @Cleoriff ... I go in with my scratty hair expecting a miracle, then lo & behold I come out of the salon feeling on top of the world

It was yesterday Jane and yes it looked great when it was done. Normally I go to my hairdressers house but she was on holiday, so her daughter did it in the salon.

She made a good job of it as well....
