Today June 21st is the longest day *Summer Solstice*
A bit grim this year, as this month will probably go down as the worse June on record for quite some time.
We will 'enjoy' 16 hrs and 38 minutes of daylight today
Then the days will start to get shorter......

I didn't realise the first day of Summer was also the longest day, thanks for the reminder @Cleoriff!
Next week the weather should be quite hot and summery, it's not too late to get a proper June yet

Yes, @Cleoriff the days will now start getting shorter but you won't really notice until round about end August, beginning of September.
If this summer is like the last, the only time I'll be leaving home is to visit my friends who have air conditioning. Otherwise it will be home only sitting by my fan. Roll on November

It's said we'll get 39° here next week. So we decided to put the wallpapers in the corridor on later 🙈

Like the photo @adamtemp64. Photos of sunrise and sunset are very beautiful, I think as they capture nature at her best.
Speaking of sunrise, no sun yet seen this morning. White and gray cloud cover is all I see from my windows, but it is comfortably warm.
