Yes, as a one time frequent flyer with Ryanair (to Spain) I can confirm that scratch cards are always offered. £3 each

Not that I pay heed, I much prefer my start of trip GnT, hang the cost- always tastes nicer at 35,000feet and en-route to 2weeks of sun, sea and... 😇
