Just to say I have watched episode 1 and 2 now....and love it. The plot is complicated and it's one of those programmes you can't do anything other than watch... otherwise you miss something crucial. Tom Hardy gives a powerhouse performance and you can't work out yet whether he is good, bad or just a lunatic.

Watched the first episode and he's definitely a good man with many issues and a dark side....A bit like my good self.....

Episode 2 was on last night and is very very dark. Watch out for the guy who plays the Prince Regent. Mark Gatiss who is Mycroft in Sherlock. Totally unrecognisable. Makes you realise how corrupt the East India Company were as well
