Strictly Come Dancing 2017

It's that time of year again....Some love it and others hate it....

However, BBC have announced the first 'celebrity' to join the line up for Strictly Come Dancing 2017.

It's Mollie King from the girl band The Saturdays (Frankie Bridge from the same group appeared in 2014)

Ok chaps clearly not a favourite of yours 🤣 Well I do know and like him. In fact, he was my favourite in the group.

And I shouldn't have said 'bet he can dance'. Good club dancer but I really don't know what he'll be like with ballroom.

Aston Merrygold from JLS...a group who were runners up in X Factor one year....

He can dance...if that's what you call running, jumping, doing the splits, spinning on his head, back flips and break dancing. Not sure I have seen him do a waltz though...

Not seen one celebrity that appeals so far....(apart from Gemma from Emmerdale) and she's about 6ft tall so going to need a tall male dancer. Susan Calman is a little dot if I recall but then I have only seen her on quiz shows sitting down. Still waiting for Usain Bolt, Tom Hardy or Johnny Depp.....

I've seen Susan Calman on a couple of shows but tbh only now know her name. Overall, like you @Cleoriff totally underwhelmed apart from Aston Merrygold. Usain Bolt, Tom Hardy or Johnny Depp would certainly peak my interest 🙄

@Marjo I've loved Rene Auberjonois for years and I do mean years. He's been in numerous TV shows and films and I believe his son and grand-daughter have followed him into the business. He'd be one of the oldest contestants that's for sure.
