So...as I can't find any updates from Sony at IFA 2014 today, I'll add whats been announced:
The QX1 allows you to attach certain lenses meant for their mirrorless Alpha cameras to your phone, and the QX30 focuses on zoom.
This will have a 1.6-inch LCD display with a 320x320 resolution. 1.2Ghz processor will be teamed with 512Mb RAM and 4Gb of storage.
5.2-inch device with a 20.7-megapixel camera and 4K video recording. Sony claim to be able to get 2 full days of usage from the battery and the highest waterproofing of any phone.
4.6-inch display. otherwise very similar to its bigger brother, the Z3.
This will allow the Z3, Z3 Compact or the Z3 Compact Tablet to be mounted to a PS4 controller to allow you to play PS4 games around-the-house
2.5Ghz quad-core Snapdragon 801 tablet with Adreno 330 graphics along with 3Gb or RAM and 16Gb of storage. It also has dust and water protection, 8.1 megapixel rear camera and 2.2 megapixel front camera.
Budget themed smartphone with a 4.5 inch display, quad-core 1.2ghz snapdragon processor, 1Gb of RAM and 4Gb of storage, 5 megapixel camera and 2, 330 mAh battery.
1.4-inch e-ink display, 32-bit processor and 2Mb of flash memory. Will not only be able to track steps and places visited, but also make and receive calls.
I think that was all!

The QX1 and QX30 look interesting, though I don't think I'll be giving up my present cameras.
