Bought a code from cd keys on 15th October got code but didn't work and cant get a refund from paypal

We have had 3 refunds from Paypal when the seller let us down.

I opened one case that got closed in there favor then they opened a new one then sided with them twice ill just have to try call them tomorrow and I know I have to be polite to them lol iv also got the bank involved and sent all the evidence I have

I've ended up having to do charge back with bank git the money back after a few days but did say they can dispute it

Thank you ye PayPal wouldn't help at all once they closed the 2nd dispute i called them and they said can't help so went with bank they helped and then I got an email from PayPal like 5 days later saying they can't help as I went to bank its funny really least it sorted but merchant has like 45 days to dispute the charge back been about a week and not heard anything so don't think they'll dispute but for now got my money back

Never heard of them I'll just buy direct from like Xbox store in future lol least that way things less likely to go wrong lol
